Inheritance, legacy, memorial donation

It's not easy to think about one's own death and one's estate. Nevertheless, it's important to consider what will happen to one's assets after death.

With the appropriate legal forms (will or inheritance contract), you can determine what you wish to leave to your loved ones and the world. In addition to your family, you can also consider a trusted organization, thus ensuring your values endure beyond your death. The revised inheritance law has been in effect since January 1, 2023. Because the compulsory shares have been reduced, testators can now freely dispose of a larger portion of their estate.

Memorial donation - Doing good for animal welfare in memory of a loved one

Are you facing the loss of a loved one who was dedicated to animal welfare? No one and nothing can make such a farewell easier. However, it can sometimes be comforting to connect this moment with something beautiful and meaningful, such as a memorial donation at a funeral service. The bereaved are asked to refrain from sending flowers and wreaths at the funeral. Instead, the equivalent value should be donated to a charitable organization.

If you like this idea, we are happy to assist you and provide individual and uncomplicated advice.
