While we here in the animal orphan hospital Galati, Romania use the additional "manpower" by the SUST animal welfare employment for the large neutering action, there is for once, admittedly small, but good news from the Ukraine in connection with it.
In Zhmerynka we were able to start with neutering actions after a thorough examination of the veterinarians of a clinic in the region.
This is so important because populations of abandoned animals in Ukraine are multiplying explosively. This leads to more territorial fights, more diseases are transmitted and even more animals perish miserably for lack of food and treatment.
