Little Mini was severely overweight when she arrived at our animal orphanage in Galati, Romania. She had been living in a front yard where she was fed regularly. It was her heart problems that ultimately led to her being surrendered to us. She will need medication for the rest of her life. Her former caregiver could not afford the additional care and expenses.
