Fulminant start as a "freshly baked" SUST Orphan Animal Hospital, the first big cat neutering action took place in Moreni (RO) exactly 2 months ago today....
On that day, the small clinic already reached its capacity limit.
Anda Popescu, the manager of SUST-OAH Moreni was indeed surprised by the "run", and by how well the targeted education/public relations worked - but plans more of these special action days:
