Tax exemption and acknowledgement

Tax savings through your donation

The Susy Utzinger Animal Welfare Foundation is exempt from taxes. You can deduct part or all of your contributions (depending on the cantonal tax law) from the tax.

Some tax offices in Germany also recognise donations to our foundation, so that they can also be deducted from taxes.

Acknowledgement / Tax Confirmation

We owe all donations from CHF 100 onward with a personal letter. For tax deductions, you will receive a donation receipt at the beginning of the year for all donations you made to our foundation during the past year.

This is how you can help quickly and unbureaucratically:
our food donation box is located at our animal protection center in Kollbrunn and can also be filled with food donations outside of office hours.
(sealed, not used and not expired pet food).

Your food donations will be distributed to our Gassenarbeit and Tiertafeln locations throughout Switzerland, where refugees can not only obtain food and materials without bureaucracy, but at some locations can even receive veterinary care for their four-legged friends.
