This elderly lady has 20 cats at her home - all of them unneutered. She had taken the cats in out of love for animals, but soon the situation was too much for her. Besides, she would never have been able to afford the neutering with her small pension.
That's what the SUST Animal Orphan Hospitals are there for: people affected by poverty can have their beloved animals neutered and no longer have to worry about their offspring (who are often simply abandoned). In this way, the overpopulation of street animals is sustainably reduced.
